I offer personal training and group fitness sessions in the great outdoors.
I’ve noticed that most people find it fun and challenging exercising outside and embracing the elements.
I got involved in outdoor fitness after attending boot camps in Australia and military fitness in the UK. It was at this point that I realised that boot camp fitness covers so many more areas than what a gym could provide.
Not a one trick pony, boot camp fitness offers a cross section of speed, agility, strength and conditioning and cardiovascular workouts.
These workouts are geared at helping people lose weight, tone up, improve fitness levels, while using body weight systems, with the occasional kettlebell, padwork, powerbag and tractor tyre thrown into the mix!
